Training
Training at the usual venues has been suspended over the 2008 summer holidays BUT WE HAVE A NEW VENUE courtesy of the David Young Academy. This great new site looks like it can be a key venue for the Tigers as it is very well equipped. See our Training Page for more details.
About us
Recently awarded the coveted Clubmark award, England basketball's clubmark assessor said "...it is obvious a lot of
good work is being done by some dedicated people at
the club. Clubmark accreditation is quickly
becoming recognised across all sports as THE indicator
of a quality club and the Tigers can be rightly proud of
their achievement in obtaining the award". More on this story on the EB website. Leeds Tigers are the premier youth basketball club in Leeds. We have teams playing in the national leagues. We are always interested in developing new talent and helping young people get the best of the fast-growing sport of basketball. Leeds Tigers have a number of teams from u13 upwards but we welcome
players from younger age groups. We have training sessions Monday
evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons in a number of
gymnasiums in the Leeds area.
